We happened to meet through a common friend, and he was just narrating the story. The producers also happened to be there. Once I heard the story, I was really impressed by it. So my first question to director Mahesh was, ‘Who are you planning to cast?'”
However, Anushka’s enthusiasm didn’t stop there. She continues, “Deep down, I was hoping that no one has been cast yet. I really liked the character, and I think it is really important that you present a story of two people in a fun, light way without missing out on the layer of emotion.”
